Sass is an extension or pre-processor of cascading style sheet (CSS) that makes CSS more stronger and powerful to the basic CSS language. Basically It allows to do more than basic CSS such as using variables, conditions, mixins, imports, and etc. Basically Sass helps the developer to keep huge stylesheets in a clean and organized manner, and also get tiny stylesheets and run the site quickly, There are many advantages of the Sass to a web site developer. Less
Less is also a pre-processor or an extension for the CSS which is stands for leaner style sheets. This is a backward compatible extension to the cascading style sheet (CSS). Generally this pre-processor of the CSS is able to run on client side as well as server side. That is a huge feature of the Less extension.
Basically Less extension is a perfect pre-processor because it extends the basic CSS functionalities and Less have lots of new features and functionalities that is missing by basic CSS. There is a file call less.js and it is converting the Less styles in to the CSS styles because the browser will only understand CSS as stylesheet, there are many advantages in the Less extension and some of them are,

Material design bootstrap (MD bootstrap)
Material design for bootstrap or we can say MD bootstrap is a toolkit which comes under basic bootstrap. Generally, MD bootstrap is a free and open source framework. This toolkit is most valuable for the web sites because of its features and functionalities. MD bootstrap helps the developer to design and develop the website easily and more attractively by using the MD bootstrap components such as grid system, buttons, nav bars, tables, slideshows and more. Basically, it has many pre-built extensions and also plugins built with jQuery in order to develop the web site more easily.

This is a mostly using framework for web developers. Angular material elements helps developers in creating and implementing attractive and useful web content and web sites responsively and awful designs. There are many advantages using the angular materials to the web development. Some of them are,

Short Justification of technologies
Typically there are many tools and techniques available in order to design and develop custom built websites. Actually, those tools and techniques are giving developer a great boost and also an easiness in the web development. Among those tools and techniques I had to select perfect tools and techniques to my custom built website according to my opinion. I have chosen some tools and techniques to my developing website. Those are, Basic bootstrap, Sass material CSS, Material bootstrap, jQuery and etc. According to me those selected technologies will be helpful in order to develop my web site.
